PEOPLE IN RECOVERY

I’m glad you’re here. If you’re looking for some additional support (“outside help”) as you navigate your recovery program, I am here with you. I am experienced in twelve-step facilitation and have personal understanding of how the program works. I’m happy to provide this professional service “outside help” for you. I integrate my training and experience as a mental health and addictions counselor with my knowledge of the program to support you in your recovery.

FIRST RESPONDERS & HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS

I’m glad you’re here. We experience trauma day in and day out in the course of our work. So often, when we are helpers, we forget to take care of ourselves, resulting in negative impact on our work and relationships. Counseling is an opportunity to take care of yourself in order to improve the quality of your life and relationships. I am happy to walk with you as you explore this self-care option.

ACADEMICS

It’s good to see you here. I get it. Life as an academic is challenging. Teaching. Scholarship. Service. Parenting. Being a partner. Navigating other relationships. It’s a lot of work, and it’s easy to let work become prominent. I help people find rhythms of work and play that serve them well.
